Zaire Zoie Weldon

Registred clinical social work Intern
Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel uncertain, but it’s also an act of courage. I believe that healing begins when we allow ourselves to face what we’ve been carrying rather than avoiding it. One of the values that guides my work is the idea that **the only way out is through **through the difficult emotions, the uncomfortable conversations, and the challenges that have been standing in the way of growth. While that journey isn’t always easy, you don’t have to navigate it alone. My goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to be your authentic self. If you are looking for a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment, I'll be more than happy to walk alongside you as we work toward healing, resilience, and meaningful change. My name is **Zaire "Zoie" Weldon**, and I am a **Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI)**. My educational journey began at Polk State Collegiate High School in Lakeland, Florida, where I earned both my high school diploma and Associate of Arts degree simultaneously. I then went on to earn my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work from **Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University**. I am passionate about helping others navigate life's challenges and creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. My warm, energetic personality and genuine love for this work help me build meaningful connections with the individuals and families I serve.

Beyond the Therapy Room

Favorite self-care activity?

Trying a new recipe allows me to fully immerse myself in the process. From watching videos and reading the recipe to preparing and executing the dish, it gives me something positive to focus on from start to finish and helps me disconnect from the stress of everyday life. I have a passion for great cuisine, and refining my cooking skills is a meaningful way to invest in myself and practice self-care.

Favorite book as a teen?

All of the Hunger Games Series or Princess Diaries

Favorite stress-busting technique as a teen?

As a teen I always liked to journal my thoughts and feelings. I would take the time to bedazzle, customize, and design my journal to my liking using stickers, magazine cut outs and anything I could get my hand on.
