We require all of our clients to keep a card in our secure client portal through Simple Practice. Payments are processed 24-hour before sessions. We accept credit cards, HSA, and FSA cards.
We are proud to be approved by VIE Equicare, and are able to accept most insurance plans, including Cigna, Aetna, United, optum, Fl Blue, Ambetter, Oscar, Avmed.

At Bloom, even if your insurance is not directly accepted, you can still benefit from our services through our OON concierge program. To assist you in navigating insurance reimbursement, we extend an invitation to enroll in our OON concierge program. We recognize the financial commitment therapy entails and are committed to guiding you through this process. While we may not accept all insurances directly, you can still leverage your insurance coverage to assist with therapy costs.
Here's how it works
Simply complete your profile in our secure portal, including your current insurance provider information. Each month, a superbill will be automatically generated. A superbill serves as a statement for reimbursement from your insurance company. If you qualify for reimbursement, your insurance company will send you a check directly.

The Good Faith Estimate also known as the No Surprises Act is a law designed to protect Floridians from unexpected medical bills. It stops healthcare providers from charging you “surprise” costs that your insurance won’t cover.
You will receive a Good Faith Estimate GFE at the start of your treatment during your intake. All new clients are provided the GFE based on completing the intake session and 12 individual sessions. Please visit the link below for more information.
Keep in mind that your GFE can increase or decrease according to the services you request. For example At Bloom we offer Family therapy in Lutz, Fl and Tampa Bay, Fl which is $175, if you request a family session this could increase your total treatment cost.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your session. We kindly request a minimum of 24-hour notice for any changes to your appointment.
This policy allows us to offer the opportunity to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. We value your time and want to provide the best service possible to all our clients.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or changes made with less than 24-hour notice may incur a cancellation fee, which will be equivalent to the full session cost.

We've taken time to answer some of the most common questions that we receive.

Just like adults, children face many challenging and stressful situations within their daily lives. However, children are less equipped to handle them, which means that they may begin to act out in response to trauma or stress. Most clients use insurance — we accept Aetna, Cigna, Optum/UHC, Florida Blue, and Oscar, so your cost is typically just your copay (often $0–$150 depending on your plan). We verify your benefits before your first session so you know your exact cost upfront.
Self-pay sessions range $135–$200 depending on service. We also offer a reduced-rate program (Rooted to Bloom) for clients who qualify.
Take our quick quiz to find your fit, and our intake coordinator will walk you through your exact cost before you book.
We are physically located at 18510 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, Lutz, Fl 33548. We are in the Chateau Professional Park, just south of the Cheval entrance.
However we service the entire state of Florida virtually.
Medication alone rarely solves the underlying problem. It treats symptoms, not the patterns causing them. Therapy addresses the root cause, and medication can support that work. At Bloom, we recommend an integrative approach: both together. We can coordinate with your doctor or psychiatrist to figure out what's right for your family.
Check out our Blog entry Therapy Vs Medication. We also recommend you reach out to Medication provider to have all of your questions answered.
Yes. We contract with a psychiatric nurse practitioner who provides medication management. Reach out to our office to schedule an assessment.

This varies by client and goals. Some clients see progress in a few months, others benefit from longer-term support. Your Good Faith Estimate will outline expected costs based on a typical course of treatment, and we'll adjust as your needs change.
