Danielle is an experienced School Social Worker who works in a Social Behavioral Program for students who are diagnosed with different mental health disorders including Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is available to consult with parents going through the Exceptional Student Education (ESE) process and can help navigate the 504 plan and Individual Education Plan (IEP) process.
During the 45 minute consultation Danielle will review your educational rights known as Procedural Safe Guards. She will explain the ESE Evaluation process as it relates to 504 plans and IEP’s to make sure you are prepared for your first or ongoing meetings. Danielle will review the current informal and formal accommodations in place to make sure all of your child or teenagers needs are being met. At your request she can work with the school to produce outcomes in the best interest of your child or teenager.
